PATTI'S FAVORITE JACK

The Jack Daniel's Distillery. This is where they burn the wood to make the Charcoal for Jack Daniel's Whiskey. The whiskey is run through 10 foot of wood charcoal drop by drop. It takes 6 days for a drop of Jack to reach the bottom of the charcoal. This is what makes it whiskey instead of bourbon.
Patti and Jack. Jack Daniel learned to make whiskey at the age of 7 from a preacher he lived with since his mother died. At the age of 13 the preacher sold Jack the Distillery. At the age of 16 the government made him register the Distillery. It is the oldest 'registered' distillery is the US.
This is the Distillery. YUM! Smells Great in the area as well as in the building.
This is the safe that Jack kicked one morning at the age of 61 because it would not open. He later lost his leg and then died of gangrene due to kicking the safe.
